Park-R comes with extensive standard features for smart parking management. But every car park is different. That is why you can extend Park-R with additional modules that address specific wishes and challenges.

Control over actual parking occupancy
Get real-time insight into how many vehicles are present and how much parking capacity is still available. Park-R can also take current occupancy into account when granting access, so arrangements about available parking spaces are monitored automatically.
One location, multiple parking zones
Divide your car park into separate sections, for example for different companies, levels or user groups. Capacity and access rights can then be set up and managed per parking zone.
Control over available parking time
Decide how much parking time users have available within a given period. Park-R tracks usage automatically, so parking arrangements based on, for example, a monthly or yearly budget are easy to apply.
Make parking data visible
Gain insight into the use and occupancy of your car park over different periods. Developments, peak times and the actual use of the available parking space become visible.
Keep control over unwanted licence plates
Exclude specific licence plates temporarily or permanently in Park-R. This prevents blocked licence plates from being added again or used for a reservation.
Operate access from the Park-R app
Make configured actions available in the Park-R app. Authorised users can then, for example, operate a barrier, door or other connected access point directly from their smartphone.
Intercom and access control, smartly connected
Connect an intercom to Park-R. When a resident answers a visitor's call, Park-R opens the access point.
Easy access for visitors
Let visitors with an active parking session open a pedestrian gate or door with a QR code. They enter their licence plate; no app needed.
Connect Park-R with other systems
Create reservations from other software, retrieve current occupancy and receive live updates. Bookings from Tommy Booking automatically become reservations.
Add payments when your location needs them
Paid parking can also be part of your Park-R solution. Depending on the situation, visitors pay online with a QR code or at a connected payment terminal.
Park-R works with a rate with free time, time blocks and maximums, and links the payment directly to access control.
