Park-R comes with extensive standard features to manage access and parking easily. From automatic licence plate recognition and access rights to reservations, user management and insight into all access activity.
Managers arrange everything from one central online environment, while users manage a lot themselves in the Park-R app. That reduces day-to-day management while keeping control over who gets access to the car park.
Licence plate recognition is the basis of Park-R. On arrival, the connected ANPR camera recognises the licence plate and Park-R automatically checks whether the vehicle has access. Park-R works with cameras from Avutec, Arvoo, Carrida, Nedap and Comelit, among others.
Park-R does not only check whether a licence plate is known. The access rights, time schedules and any reservations also determine whether someone may enter at that moment.
Access is thus arranged automatically, based on the arrangements that apply to your location.
Users do not have to contact a manager for every change. In the Park-R app they easily manage their own licence plates and reservations.
A new vehicle? A different licence plate? Or reserving a parking right in advance? Users arrange it themselves, within the options set by the manager.
Management stays scalable, even when a location has many users.
Users get a notification in the app when their guest arrives and when a reservation is about to expire. The app is available for iOS and Android.
This concerns insight into access activity. Real-time insight into the number of vehicles actually present and the available parking capacity is part of the additional Parking Count module.
