Licence plate recognition makes access fully automatic in most situations. Still, there are moments when users need to operate an access point themselves.
With Park-R App Actions you make specific actions available in the Park-R app. Authorised users can then, for example, open a barrier, gate or door directly from their smartphone.
Not every access point or situation needs to go through licence plate recognition. Sometimes a manual action from the app is more practical.
The user opens the Park-R app and performs the available action. Park-R then triggers the linked automation, for example to open a barrier or activate a relay.
That way you add an extra way of granting access without a separate pass, tag or remote control.
As standard, users can use the Park-R app to manage their licence plates and reservations. App Actions add the option to operate connected access points themselves. The app is available for iOS and Android.
That makes the app more widely useful at locations where automatic licence plate recognition is combined with, for example, barriers, gates or other access points.

You decide. If you set a maximum distance, the action only works near the location. If you leave the distance empty, it works from any distance.
You link actions to access groups. A user can only perform the actions of their own access groups.
With App Actions you let users operate specific access points themselves, while you decide who may perform which action.
Which access points do you want to operate from the app? We discuss which actions and user groups go with them.
