Smart and fully ticketless paid parking
With Park-R Payments you add paid parking to your parking environment, entirely based on licence plate recognition. Visitors park ticketless: they drive in without a ticket or parking card and Park-R automatically registers the parking session.
Paying is easy by QR code, a connected payment terminal or a combination of both, via PayNL. Park-R links the parking duration, the applicable rate and the payment to the licence plate, so the entire process from entry to exit is handled within one solution.
No tickets or parking cards needed
On entry, the ANPR camera recognises the licence plate and Park-R automatically starts the parking session. The visitor does not need to take a ticket or register in advance.
During the parking session the duration is tracked and Park-R calculates the amount due based on the rates you have set.
On departure the same licence plate is used to check the parking session and payment. The licence plate is the basis of the entire parking process.
Want visitors to accept the terms first? The visitor scans a QR code at the barrier and accepts the terms, after which the barrier opens.
Set up the rate the way it suits your location
Park-R Payments offers several ways to build up the parking rate, so the payment solution matches the parking arrangements at your location.
For each company you can work with:
A maximum daily rate sets the most a visitor pays per day. A maximum session rate sets a cap for the entire parking session instead.
This way Park-R supports simple rates with free time, time blocks and maximums.
Paid? Then the parking session can be closed
When a paying visitor reaches the exit, Park-R checks the matching parking session.
If an amount is still outstanding, the exit can stay closed until the payment has been completed. After a successful payment, the visitor can leave the car park within the set exit time.
Licence plate recognition, rate calculation, payment and access control thus form one automated process.
