With Park-R Visitor Management you give a company or a user a parking budget. Park-R deducts the reserved parking time from the budget and keeps track of how much is left. Parking arrangements are applied automatically, without a manager having to keep track by hand.
Decide how much parking time is available
The budget applies to a period of one month or one year. You set it per company or per user.
When reservations are made, the required parking time is deducted from the budget in blocks of, for example, fifteen minutes, an hour or a day. You decide whether unused reservations count as well. The user sees how much parking time is still available and Park-R enforces the set limit.
