Park-R is a tailor-made, user-friendly solution for homeowners' associations looking for an efficient and effective parking management system for their apartment complex.
Designed to take the burden out of parking management while giving residents and managers full control, Park-R offers a range of features that make parking management smooth and effortless.
Park-R offers homeowners' associations a user-friendly solution for managing the parking spaces in their complex. With Park-R, residents easily register their licence plates and reserve parking spaces for guests in an intuitive app. This reduces the administrative workload for managers and makes more efficient use of the available parking space.
Park-R is a SaaS platform developed specifically to make parking management and licence plate recognition simpler, more efficient and more user-friendly for homeowners' associations, multi-tenant business sites and leisure facilities.
These modules are often combined with Park-R at this type of location.
At the entrance of the car park, an ANPR camera recognises the licence plate. Based on access rights, time schedules and reservations, Park-R checks whether the vehicle may enter and opens the barrier or gate automatically. Residents no longer need passes, tags or remote controls.
Yes. Residents enter and change their own licence plates in the Park-R app, within the options the homeowners' association sets as manager. Changes therefore no longer have to go through the manager.
In the Park-R app, residents reserve a parking right for their visitor's licence plate, for a single moment or on a recurring basis. On arrival the licence plate is recognised and the visitor gets access automatically. With the Visitor Management module, every resident gets a budget of visitor hours per month or per year.
With the Intercom module, a visitor who is not admitted automatically calls via the intercom. The resident answers on the indoor station and opens the barrier. Park-R links the call to the camera and the resident, and records the rejected recognition, the call and the access granted in the activity overview.
Yes, with the App Actions module. Authorised users operate a barrier, door or other connected access point directly from the Park-R app for iOS and Android. For each access group you decide who sees which action, and whether an action only works near the location.
Park-R works with ANPR cameras from Avutec, Arvoo, Carrida, Nedap and Comelit, among others, and controls barriers and relays with automations. Whether an existing installation can be connected is assessed for each situation.
