At a multi-tenant business site in Amstelveen, around ten companies shared a single car park. Each had a fixed number of spaces plus a few visitor bays. The tag-based access system with free exit via loop detection, however, left room for misuse: companies handed out extra tags, leading to more vehicles on site than agreed. As a result, oversight disappeared and frustrations grew over the unfair use of shared space.

The security reception acts as the site manager, with a real time activity log showing exactly who is arriving. Visitors announce themselves via intercom and are directed to the right company based on their purpose of visit. This has restored control over parking use, without additional manual work or complex configurations.
